Brandon has 25 years of experience running successful companies in a wide variety of industries, including construction, real estate, transportation and logistics, investments, and equipment leasing. Aqua Prop touches all of Brandon’s interests, intertwining transportation and logistics with construction to introduce the wet sand pile to the oil and gas industry.
Jacklyn Minyard
Chief Logistics Officer
Jacklyn manages dispatchers, driver managers, and a fleet of over 150 drivers, as well as Over-the-Road (OTR) and sand activity in several states and basins. Jacklyn identifies and tracks the most efficient trucking routes, saving time, preventing unnecessary expenses and reducing driver attrition rates. She also manages logistics P&L, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, hiring, training, driver contracts, HR and administrative duties, audits, permits, and reporting.
